The 6 C's
First and foremost, I'm a leader. My "superpowers" can be described by what I call the "6 C's": I innately communicate well, can collaborate with anyone, make genuine connections with people, coordinate all the details to execute on strategy, am sincerely committed to the mission, and remain curious in my journey. These "6 C's" are essentially what drives me and makes me successful in leadership, IT, process improvement, and project, program, and product management.
As a Chief of Staff and seasoned leader of Product, Program, and Project Management with 14+ years of progressive leadership experience, I’ve served as a force multiplier to transform organizations and lead people. With an analytical, proactive, and solution-focused mindset, I swiftly navigate and negotiate between competing priorities in managing complex initiatives. My rigorous work ethic, relentless attention to detail, and strong communication skills enable me to meet deadlines and stakeholders’ expectations while staying within budgetary and resource constraints.

Though my skillset transcends beyond any specific industry, I have extensive experience in IT, fast-growth startups, healthcare tech, education and higher ed, and non-profit organizations.
I drive with intention and focus to develop both strategic and tactical plans and successfully lead others in the planning and execution of those projects. I thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment where ambiguity is the norm, and I’m skilled in influencing and leading by example as a senior leader. With high emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills, and through clear and consistent verbal and written communication skills, I’m able to drive results in a collaborative, cross-functional environment to successfully deliver on the mission, ensuring that the best work gets done every day. ​
