Chief of Staff/Senior Director of Program Management

Bardavon is on a mission to ensure America’s workforce is work ready by redefining workers' compensation. As Senior Director of Clinical Services Program Management, I also served as our Chief Clinical Officer's Chief of Staff and primarily focused to develop and manage new Clinical Services programs and offerings, most of which are cross-functional in the organization, and all of which are key to the company's success.

I was hired at Bardavon Health Innovations, a high-growth startup in Healthcare Tech, as a Senior Director of Program Management to quickly grow and expand our programs, for providers and clients. I reported to our Chief Clinical Officer, but she quickly realized that my skills were being underutilized. She expanded my role to serve as her Chief of Staff, to assist her accomplish her goals in a way that she’d never had before. I quickly progressed in my role and took on more and more Chief of Staff duties in addition to my project and program management responsibilities to serve as a force multiplier in her division. Within my first year, I was leading the annual strategic visioning sessions with our Clinical Services as well as our Senior Management and Executive teams by reviewing progress against the previous year’s goals, our mission and vision, and using data to drive our decisions for the future. With an ever-changing competitive landscape and a new Board of Directors, I created, presented, and regularly communicated to leadership, and promoted a vision to disrupt the status quo and establish our organization as leaders in the healthcare technology industry.

Some highlights include:
• Serving as Chief of Staff to Chief Clinical Officer, managing CCO’s schedule, serving as proxy, and supporting the executive leadership team in preparing materials and presentations for Board of Directors meetings to demonstrate progress towards annual strategic goals, OKRs, and KPIs.
• Managing operations team to fill leadership gap post-layoffs and collaborating with other leaders to continuously improve processes and technology to meet client needs, resulting in 33% reduction in time to resolve cases.
• Leading annual planning process for leaders in Clinical Services, resulting in 92% completion rate of annual goals.
• Alignment of corporate strategies with business initiatives to achieve operational excellence, resulting in 43% increase in department satisfaction.
• Collaboration with Data Analysts to create six PowerBI dashboards that allowed data analyzation to share with executives and course correction when needed, reducing manual reporting work by 11 hours weekly.
• Designing and managing a new provider onboarding process for providers, resulting in a 24% improvement in provider onboarding and 35% improvement in provider satisfaction score.
• Creating strategies and prioritization to build out a two-year roadmap.
• Development and maintenance of six departmental intranet sites to educate new hires and keep the organization informed of changes and updates to reduce incoming questions by 34%, saving an average of 46 minutes per week.
• Writing and editing 65+ marketing materials, including brochures, blogs, emails, and white papers.
• Automating project management and consulting request processes, resulting in 27% efficiency.
