Program Manager
As a Program Manager for CAL, I managed an end-to-end program, consisting of a shared platform, a complex application, oversight of two separate Agile teams of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Developers, Quality Assurance, Technical Project Liaisons, Production Control, Operations and End-Users, while simultaneously managing client expectations and available resources.
Everyone loves assessments, right? (I can already hear the groans...) But creating an online assessment platform, that are easier for educators to administer, more intuitive for students to use, and provide real-time insights and data for administrators is something that is long overdue. This was an exciting challenge that I (and many other very talented and dedicated people) willingly accepted!
